Terms of Service
Effective September 18, 2026.
These Terms are an agreement between you and E2U Essentials Marketplace LLC ("E2U") for use of E2U Freight: the Driver, Broker and Fleet apps and the website.
1. What E2U is and is not
E2U Freight is a technology marketplace and load board. E2U is not a motor carrier or freight broker, does not transport cargo, and is not a party to transportation contracts between users. Carriers remain responsible for their operating authority, insurance, regulatory compliance and operational control.
E2U does not sell, rent or lease operating authority, MC numbers or USDOT numbers. Carrier / Owner-Operator Lease Connections introduce owner-operators and carriers; any lease is a direct agreement between them and must comply with 49 CFR Part 376 and applicable state law (see our guide to running under a carrier's authority). A signed lease is not active until the carrier confirms the owner-operator has been added to its insurance and activates the relationship.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be 18 or older and able to form a binding contract. Business information you give us (authority numbers, insurance, credentials) must be accurate and kept current. We may verify it against public records, restrict features while we review it and suspend accounts that fail checks or appear fraudulent.
3. Your responsibilities
- Carriers and drivers are responsible for operating authority, insurance, licensing, hours of service, vehicle safety, permits and every other legal requirement for the freight they haul.
- Brokers are responsible for their broker authority, bond, payment of carriers and the accuracy of the loads they post.
- Rates, detention, layover, TONU, lumper and other charges are agreed and paid between the parties. E2U records them for reference only and does not bill, collect or guarantee them.
- Do not post false loads, misuse other users' information, contact users to avoid Match Confirmation Fees, or use the service for anything unlawful.
4. Fees
- Driver Load Board subscription: $24.99 per month unless a promotion applies. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Match Confirmation Fee: $40.00 paid by each side after both confirm the match; contact details are released only when both fees are paid. If the other side does not pay within 7 days, your fee is refunded in full. No match. No fee.
- Fleet plans: billed per fleet by the number of active trucks, at the monthly price shown before purchase. Drivers covered by a fleet plan are not charged the driver subscription as well.
- Introductory free period: where offered, new Driver, Fleet and Factoring subscriptions get their first months free (the number of months is shown before you subscribe). For fleet and factoring plans your card is saved at checkout and first charged when the free period ends; cancel before then and you are not charged. The offer applies once per account (for fleets, once per fleet owner).
- Outgrowing a fleet plan: if you put more vehicles in service than your plan covers, your plan moves up to the plan that covers them so the vehicles keep working. The price difference for the remainder of the period is added to your next invoice and we notify you when it happens. We never move you to a cheaper plan automatically, because that would also reduce the vehicles you may run; you choose that yourself. E2U may agree a custom price with a company of any size in a separate written agreement, which then governs that company's plan.
- Factoring directory listing: the monthly price shown before purchase; renews monthly until cancelled.
- Posting loads is free for verified brokers. Prices may change with notice before your next billing period. Purchases made through Apple or Google are also governed by that store's terms.
5. Live load tracking
- Location sharing for a load is optional and is started by the driver for that load. It ends with the load. Fleets, carriers, dispatchers and brokers may not use E2U to track a driver outside an active load, and may not require the driver to keep sharing in order to receive status updates, which the driver can always give by hand.
- Anyone who can see a load's location may use it only to manage that load, must not publish or resell it, and loses access when their role on the load ends (for a broker, when tracking ends).
- Positions and arrival estimates come from the driver's phone and E2U's own estimate. They can be delayed, inaccurate or interrupted by coverage, battery or device settings, and E2U does not guarantee them. An interruption is not evidence of misconduct.
- How location is collected, shared and kept is explained in the Privacy Policy.
5A. Work opportunities and company recruitment
- Anyone may create an account as a courier or delivery driver, a freight driver or owner-operator, or a dispatcher, without an invitation from a company. Creating an account does not connect you to any company and gives no company access to you, and no company gives you access to its loads, jobs, drivers, tracking, documents or billing until it approves you.
- Companies can find you only if you tick "Let relevant companies find me and contact me about work opportunities." You can untick it at any time. You then stop appearing in new searches and companies get no new alerts about you; conversations you already have stay until you or the company close them. You can decline, block or report any company.
- Only companies E2U has verified may search for or contact people. Companies see the limited profile described in the Privacy Policy. What you enter about yourself (vehicle, experience, availability) is shown as self-reported; E2U does not verify it.
- Recruitment is not employment. A conversation, onboarding checklist or approval on E2U does not make anyone an employee, a lessee, insured or authorised to operate; those arrangements are between you and the company, which is responsible for its own authority, insurance, screening and compliance. E2U charges candidates nothing to be found, contacted or recruited.
- Companies must use the recruitment features only to discuss real work, must state their real name and purpose, must not send spam or collect contact details they were not given, and must not ask for payment from candidates. E2U limits how many invitations a company can send and may suspend a company that misuses them.
6. Content and documents
You keep ownership of what you upload and give E2U permission to store, process and display it to operate the service. Documents are shown only to parties involved in the related load or connection and to E2U staff.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is". E2U does not guarantee the accuracy of user or public-record information, the availability of loads or trucks, or the performance or payment of any user. To the fullest extent the law allows, E2U is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, cargo loss or damage, accidents, or disputes between users, and E2U's total liability is limited to the fees you paid E2U in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending your account
You may delete your account at any time in the app or at https://e2ufreight.com/account/delete. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
9. General
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which E2U Essentials Marketplace LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: support@e2ufreight.com.
