E2U Essentials Marketplace LLC, operator of E2U Freight.
One address for everyone: drivers, owner-operators, carriers, brokers, fleets and dispatchers. Write from the email address on your account and we can find you faster. What to include
It saves a round trip if you tell us, where it applies:
- The load reference (it looks like L-26-XXXXXX) if your question is about a load.
- Your company or MC number if it is about authority, insurance or verification.
- What you saw on screen, and what you expected instead.
Things with their own route
- Deleting your account. Do it yourself under Account, or write to us from your account address and we will do it for you.
- A load in progress. The broker and the driver on a booked load can message each other in the platform, which is faster than going through us.
- Paperwork. The BOL and POD live on the load itself and can be downloaded there by everyone on it.
What E2U is, and is not
E2U Freight is a technology marketplace and load board. E2U is not a motor carrier or freight broker, does not transport cargo, and is not a party to transportation contracts between users. Carriers remain responsible for their operating authority, insurance, regulatory compliance and operational control.
So if your question is about the movement of freight, damage, a claim or payment between a broker and a carrier, the people to talk to are the parties to that shipment. We can help you find the record of what happened on E2U, and we keep delivery evidence for three years, but we are not a party to the contract and cannot settle it.
