Delete your E2U Freight account

This page deletes your account with E2U Freight, published by E2U Essentials Marketplace LLC. You do not need the app installed, and you do not need to sign in.

What is deleted

• Your name, email address, phone number and password
• Your driver, carrier, broker, fleet or dispatcher profile, and your documents
• Your truck and capacity details, your availability and any saved locations
• Your position history and live tracking trail
• Your place in the driver network, recruitment conversations and carrier connections
• Push notification tokens and signed-in sessions on every device

What E2U has to keep, and why

Payment, lease and audit records are kept for the period set out in the Privacy Policy, because the law and the payment processor require it. They are not used to contact you and your profile is gone from the load board, the network and every search.

Before you ask

An account with a load in progress or an open carrier lease cannot be deleted - somebody is relying on that truck arriving. Finish or release the load and end the lease first. If you pay through Apple or Google, cancel the subscription in that store as well; deleting here stops anything E2U bills you directly.

How it works

Put your email address in below. E2U emails that address a single-use link that lasts 24 hours. Opening the link and confirming deletes the account. Nothing happens until then - which is deliberate, so that nobody can delete your account by typing your address into this page.
